There are several reasons why we may not be able to replicate a bouquet exactly as it was in a previous order or as shown in a picture you selected:

• Uniqueness of flowers: Flowers are organic products, and each bloom is unique. They vary in shape, color, size, and characteristics.
• Seasonality of flowers: Some flowers may be seasonal and only available at certain times of the year.
• Availability of materials: In addition to flowers, bouquets may contain decorative elements such as leaves, branches, or dried flowers. Some of these materials may be unique or unavailable at the moment.
• Artistic interpretation: Florists are creative professionals, and each has a unique artistic vision. Even if you request an identical bouquet, the florist may introduce subtle changes or artistic touches to make each arrangement unique.

Payment for the order is made by card via an online cashier using a payment link. Cards from any bank are accepted without fees.

To place an order, the manager will request the following information:

Order Changes and Cancellation

To ensure your bouquet or arrangement brings joy for longer, proper care and maintenance are essential:

• Watering (if the bouquet is on a floral foam base): Add water every 12 hours carefully in the center of the arrangement — about one glass.
• If the bouquet is in a vase: Trim the flower stems at an angle and change the water every 12 hours.
• When changing the water, add a packet of CryzaL (flower food) to extend the flowers' life.
• Choose the best location for the vase or arrangement. The ideal place is cool, with fresh airflow, away from direct sunlight, drafts, heaters, and fruits or vegetables.
