We approach each order individually. Our floral team always strives to create the best bouquet that reflects your preferences and mood. However, due to a number of factors, an exact replica of a bouquet may be challenging or even impossible.
There are several reasons why we may not be able to replicate a bouquet exactly as it was in a previous order or as shown in a picture you selected:

- Watering (if the bouquet is on a floral foam base): Add water every 12 hours carefully in the center of the arrangement — about one glass.
- If the bouquet is in a vase: Trim the flower stems at an angle and change the water every 12 hours.
- When changing the water, add a packet of CryzaL (flower food) to extend the flowers' life.
- Choose the best location for the vase or arrangement. The ideal place is cool, with fresh airflow, away from direct sunlight, drafts, heaters, and fruits or vegetables.
