How is the order paid?
Payment for the order is made by card via an online cashier using a payment link. Cards from any bank are accepted without fees.
What information is required to place an order?
To place an order, the manager will request the following information:
  • Name;
  • Email;
  • Contact phone number.
A payment link will be sent via direct chat, and the payment receipt will be sent to the provided email.
Refund and Exchange
Order Changes and Cancellation
A customer can cancel an order within 24 hours; the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund process may take up to 30 days.

We can change or cancel your order if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Refund Policy
Since we use perishable goods, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from TruecostFlowers, we are ready to assist you. Depending on the circumstances, we may refund the product cost, resend a gift of equal value, or offer an alternative solution. Refunds are made at the discretion of the company management.

Our flower orders are carefully packaged to ensure their freshness and beauty upon delivery. However, in rare cases, they may be damaged during delivery for reasons beyond our control. If you receive flowers that are wilted or damaged, please contact our support team on the delivery day. Depending on the situation, we will either replace the product or provide a full refund.
